Whether you had carbs on purpose or on accident, it’s not the end of the world! Don’t let one mistake turn into a day/week/month/year of them. When you mess up, move on and get back on track right away. It can be a slippery slope when you mess up, so I’ve found that forgetting about it and getting back on track immediately instead of tomorrow or Monday or next month is the best way to avoid the “snowball effect” of bad eating. Don’t self sabotage!
