Roast Chicken Gravy

  • Pour all drippings from crock-pot roasted chicken into a saucepan over medium-high heat
  • Add heavy cream and mix
  • Whisk in ¬†xanthan gum to help thickening, if desired
  • Simmer over medium-high heat 5-10 minutes or until it is reduced and thickened into a gravy

Serve over Caulifower Mash or Crock-pot Roasted Chicken
