- 1/4C heavy cream
- Pinch of Xanthan Gum, if desired
Directions
- Pour all drippings from crock-pot roasted chicken into a saucepan over medium-high heat
- Add heavy cream and mix
- Whisk in xanthan gum to help thickening, if desired
- Simmer over medium-high heat 5-10 minutes or until it is reduced and thickened into a gravy
Serve over Caulifower Mash or Crock-pot Roasted Chicken
