Garlic Parmesan Shrimp


  • 4T butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 2T grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1lb shrimp
  • Melt butter in medium pan over medium heat
  • Sauté garlic in butter until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes
  • Add sliced bell pepper and sauté 5-8 minutes or until soft
  • Add Parmesan cheese and shrimp and toss to coat. Cook over medium heat 2 minutes

Serve over spaghetti quash or zoodles and top with additional Parmesan cheese if desired
