- 4 chicken sausages (I use Mighty Spark Italian Style Chicken Sausages) – watch the carb content of sausages as many have carb loaded fillers
- 1 large bell pepper, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 T cooking oil
- Toss sliced peppers and onions in cooking oil until evenly coated
- Grill sausages, peppers, and onions on a grill over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 15-20 minutes, rotating frequently. I use a grill basket but you can also grill them directly on the grill grates.
