Biscuit Breakfast Sandwich

  • 2 Keto Biscuits
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 egg
  • Splash of heavy cream
  • 1T cream cheese, cubed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 sausage patty
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat
  • Cook sausage patty per package directions and set aside
  • Crack egg into a bowl and add heavy cream and whisk until smooth
  • Pour egg mixture into pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until halfway cooked
  • Add cream cheese and mix into the eggs, letting it melt into them
  • Place cooked sausage patty on top of 1 Keto Biscuit, top with eggs, slice of cheddar cheese, and another keto biscuit
  • Top with bacon, ham, chicken, or even steak instead of sausage

Serves: 1
